What you need is an instructor who makes you want to complete the class, give your all, and do so safely. What you need is BASIC TRAINING.

Why BASIC TRAINING?
 

BASIC TRAINING was the first Boot Camp program in the country to be featured on national TV (click here to see video). But more than being first, BASIC TRAINING has proven itself time and again by consistently leading people to commit, excel, and succeed- and even to go beyond what they thought they could do. If you’re going to get in shape, the class has to be tough. But if you’re going to stay committed, the class also has to be fun. It's exactly that combination of challenge and camaraderie that makes BASIC TRAINING so unique- and so successful. We know that transforming bodies is easier when the group learns to be a mutually-supportive team.
